• Right of Admission: Jashn-e-Adab reserves the right of admission to all its events. Registration does not guarantee entry if the venue capacity is reached or if the organizers deem entry inappropriate.

• Event Changes: Event schedules, venues, and performer lineups are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from the organizers. Photography and videography at the physical events are subject to rules announced at the venue.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees of Jashn-e-Adab events are expected to maintain the decorum appropriate for classical and literary gatherings. Any disruptive behavior, disrespect towards artists, or violation of venue rules will result in immediate removal from the premises without liability to the organizers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jashn-e-Adab and its partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at the events. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property at the event venues.
