• Location Data: Selected festival stop city and current city of residence (used to dispatch localized event announcements).
• Referral Details: Source of discovery (e.g., social media, friends, institutional partners).
• Technical & Log Data: Non-personally identifiable technical telemetry such as IP address, browser type, device information, and security verification logs (e.g., human verification timestamps and bot prevention counters).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We use your information exclusively for legitimate organizational and festival coordination purposes:

• Record Keeping & Cultural Outreach: As per our program guidelines, registration is maintained for administrative record purposes and to keep patrons informed about future cultural initiatives, symposia, and concerts.
• Entry Pass Generation: Providing attendees with customized digital gate passes containing venue and schedule information.
• Event Coordination & Urgent Updates: Communicating essential scheduling changes, hall capacity warnings, or venue logistical details.
• Platform Security & Abuse Prevention: Enforcing rate-limiting, preventing automated spam bookings, and ensuring fair access for genuine patrons.

5. Child Privacy (Under 10 Guidelines)

In accordance with our Program Admission Guidelines, children below 10 years of age are not permitted into performance halls. We do not intentionally register or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 without verified parental consent. If we discover that personal data of a minor has been collected improperly, it will be promptly removed from our databases.

6. Data Sharing & Infrastructure Partners

We never monetize, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose data solely to trusted cloud infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Database & Cloud Hosting: Managed MongoDB database clusters and secure cloud infrastructure hosted via Vercel.
• Media & Content Delivery: Cloudinary and modern CDNs for festival media delivery.
• Statutory Authorities: If required by Indian law enforcement, statutory bodies, or venue security protocol in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).

7. Data Security & Storage

We enforce multi-tiered security safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, strict Content Security Policies (CSP), parameterized database transactions, regex validation, sanitization against injection attacks, and strict role-based admin authentication.

• Request the complete deletion of your registration record from our databases.
